2. Cuentas de Usuarios
Para acceder a ciertas funciones de Pronto Entregas, los usuarios deben crear una cuenta. Al acceder a crear una cuenta en Pronto Entregas, el usuario da por entendido que únicamente el y no un tercero es responsable de crear la cuenta, enviar sus datos comerciales y mantener la confidencialidad de la información de la cuenta creada y de todas las actividades que se realicen en y mediante la cuenta creada.
Al crear una cuenta, se compromete a proporcionar información precisa, actual y completa necesaria para poder recibir el pedido y para que la tienda o comercio que facture su pedido pueda hacerle entrega de datos completos del pedido y todo lo que conlleve de acuerdo a la legislación del Ecuador, así como a actualizar sus datos según sea necesario.
3. Comprar y Vender en Pronto Entregas
- Compradores: Cuando usted es comprador y realiza un pedido en Pronto Entregas, acepta enviar al comercio sus datos de compra y facturación y a comprar el artículo al precio que figura en la página del producto, más los gastos de envío e impuestos correspondientes y a recibir el producto y verificar el buen estado del producto antes de aprobar con la aplicación, la entrega recepción de manos del repartidor.
- Vendedores: Al publicar un producto, usted se compromete a generar la facturacion, enviarla junto con el/los producto/s al cliente y venderlo al precio especificado, proporcionar descripciones precisas y atender los pedidos con prontitud.
Tanto los compradores como los vendedores deben asegurarse de cumplir con las leyes y normativas locales relativas a la compraventa de productos.
4. Payments
- All payments on Pronto Entregas are processed through our secure payment gateway. Buyers are responsible for paying the full price, including applicable shipping fees.
- Sellers are responsible for any fees associated with transactions, including commissions, listing fees, and payment processing fees.
- Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.
5. Delivery and Shipping
- Sellers are responsible for shipping the products to the buyer according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
